6:45- Conversation, optional games, relaxation time, time to read
8:30-9:30 Begin to wind down/ free time
10:00 Retire to tents/ bed time

8:30-9:15 Gentle Morning Flow + Breath work
9:30-11:45 Optional hike on Arizona Trail ( 4-5 miles) or free time to read
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-3:00 Arts + Crafts
3:00-4:00 Optional Vinyasa Flow or free time
4:00-5:00 Free time
5:00-6:00 Dinner + S’mores + Campfire
6:00 Optional Book Exchange and discussion of our fave reads! Bring a used book you’re willing to part with and we’ll have a lil book swap!
7:00-bed time: Stargazing, connection, community
